Granollers

BiBio é um grupo de investigação, com sede no Museu de Ciências Naturais de Granollers (MCNG), especializado na monitorização da fauna e no conhecimento da biodiversidade. Para tal, desenvolveu uma rede de voluntários com mais de 1.000 pessoas.

Care and support for pregnant women in situations of social and health risk during pregnancy and up to the child’s first year of life.

Dissemination and professionalisation project for new playwrights and young theatre performers.

Volunteers of various ages with different skills carry out one off or permanent support tasks (one trimester, full school year, etc.), providing guidance in educational environments with children, adolescents, families, students from adult training centres and from the special education centre.

An initiative which is responding to the demand for a place to provide information and reflect on the use of the ICTs. This is a prevention project aimed mainly at young people, families and educators, but also at all interested individuals and groups.

A citizen participation global project centred on the construction of a quality urban space that could foster social cohesion, coexistence and the promotion of cultural and social activities. A friendly space conceived for the citizenry.

The Granollers Half Marathon annually attracts around 7,000 runners of all ages. The “Start Making the Stocking” program offers expert-led training to prepare participants.

The “AFIS: Physical Activity and Health” experience promotes physical activity, recommended by doctors as an alternative to expensive medications, to improve quality of life and general physical well-being.
