Montevideo unveiled the new website for the 19th International Congress of Educating Cities, which the Uruguayan capital will host in 2028.
The platform invites visitors to explore the event’s program, which will address the urgent challenges facing 21st-century cities. With a focus on critical thinking, community, and the sustainable use of resources, Montevideo reaffirms its role as a regional leader in civic education, recalling that, as José Pedro Varela put it, “education, like the sun, can and must reach everyone.”
