On September 22nd at 1:00 p.m. CEST , the International Association of Educating Cities will hold the official online launch event of the new Assessment Guide , a tool designed to help city councils incorporate the culture of educational impact evaluation into their daily work. The presentation will be given by Dr. Sheila González Motos , professor at the Department of Political Science at the University of Barcelona, who will explain the foundations and transformative potential of this new methodology.
The new guide offers a clear and accessible framework for analyzing the educational potential of an initiative before its launch, monitoring it during implementation, and evaluating its results once completed. In this way, municipal teams can incorporate the educational perspective from the outset, reinforcing the coherence and quality of the actions.
