Acknowledgment to Maria Manuela Raimundo for her long career in service to the Portuguese Network of Educating Cities

After years of dedication and commitment, Maria Manuela Raimundo, who is responsible for technical coordination of the Portuguese Network of Educating Cities, is beginning a new chapter in her life as she retires.

On behalf of AICE, we would like to express our deepest gratitude for a career marked by professionalism, rigor, and perseverance. Over the years, your quiet dedication has been essential to strengthening the network, fostering collaboration among cities, and contributing to the dissemination and consolidation of the principles of Educating Cities in Portugal.

Her work ethic—always serious, meticulous, and dedicated—has been a guarantee of quality and a constant source of support for all the people and cities that have had the opportunity to collaborate with her.

Beyond her professional contributions within the Portuguese Territorial Network of Educating Cities, those of us who have worked with her on committees such as the Executive Committee would like to especially highlight her willingness to help, her approachability, and her ability to build relationships based on trust and cooperation.

On behalf of everyone at AICE, we would like to thank you for your valuable contribution and wish you a retirement filled with new experiences, personal projects, and happy moments.

Thank you, Maria Manuela, for so many years of hard work and dedication. We wish you all the best in this new chapter of your life!
