Xàtiva

Town of the region of Valencia (Spain), capital of the La Costera county. It has around 29.100 inhabitants and it belongs to an integrated urban area together with other 10 municipalities. Birthplace of two popes, it has an important historical heritage; the old town was declared historic-artistic site in 1982. Services (tourism and commerce) and industry are Xativa’s main economic activities.
