Villena

Villena is a city of 35,000 inhabitants of the hinterland of the Alicante Province (Valence Region) situated at the border with the regions of Murcia and Castilla-La Mancha. The historic centre of the city has been declared common historic-artistic site. Along this line, we must point out the Castle of Villena, of Arabic origin. Furthermore, the city host one of the most reknown popular festivals of “Moros y Cristianos” in Spain.
