Vila Nova de Famalicao
City from northern Portugal, popularly known as Famalicão, located 18 km. southeast Braga. Its main economic activity is the textile industry and the services sector. The city is a junction by road and railway between the northern cities and is not far from the Oporto airport. Additionally, it is the birthplace of writer Camilo Castelo Branco. Among its historical patrimony, is worth mentioning Romanic art examples such as the Santiago de Antas church.
