Igualada

Igualada is a city placed 67km from Barcelona in the hinterland of Catalonia. The city has a rich historic and architectonic heritage among which it is worth mentionning the Basilica of Santa Maroa, the old textile plant of Cal Dont and the New Cemetery. Nowadays, the economic activity of the city is based on textile, paper and leather industries.
