Cochabamba

Capital of the Cochabamba department, in the Cercado province, Bolivia. The place features interesting natural landscapes due to its location in a large valley in the middle of the Andes Mountain.  Cochabamba’s economy is based on oil production, manufacturing, and, to a lesser extent, agriculture. It hosts one of the oldest and largest universities in the country (Universidad Mayor de San Simón) as well as several private universities.
