Albacete

Albacete, with its 172,500 inhabitants, is the most populated city in the Region of Castilla-La Mancha. The city is located in the southeast of the Iberian Peninsula on its central plateau. Geographically, it lies between Madrid and the Mediterranean cost, making it an important transport and logistics hub. Today, Albacete is an industrial and university city well-connected by road and rail to other cities and hosts many trade fairs.
