Lloseta

Lloseta, with a population of around 7,000 inhabitants, is situated in the north-central part of Mallorca. Covering just over 12 km², it is one of the island’s smallest municipalities. The municipality as we know it today emerged in the nineteenth century. Until then, Lloseta formed part of the neighbouring municipality of Binissalem, gaining its independence and becoming a separate municipality in 1842.
