Os Congressos da Associação de Cidades Educadoras, realizados de dois em dois anos, são espaços de encontro internacionais onde as cidades-membro aprofundam aspetos da Carta das Cidades Educadoras, partilham e contrastam experiências e boas práticas, e estabelecem contactos e colaborações, promovendo a aprendizagem mútua e a cooperação entre cidades.
