O STARS é um projeto europeu de mobilidade sustentável, ativa e autónoma dirigido aos alunos do ensino básico e secundário, que envolve toda a comunidade educativa e aposta na utilização da bicicleta como meio de transporte regular.

This programme arose as an employment project aimed at the long-term unemployed that consists in cleaning up abandoned and run-down vacant plots in Zaragoza’s historical centre. These spaces are provided with a number of temporary uses, in order the citizens can enjoy them.

Through this initiative it is intended to raise awareness of the popular San Pablo’s neighbourhood and its historical importance. Through educational tours people discover the resources of the area, trying also to fight prejudices showed to this area.

The Compass Program, within the ACTUR program, seeks to prevent addictions in young people in the neighborhood through the involvement of social mediators and the promotion of healthy habits in free time.

The “12 Moons” program offers healthy and free nightlife alternatives for young people in Zaragoza, promoting sports and cultural activities that promote positive lifestyles and prevent risky habits.

Senior volunteers carry out guided tours for school groups in the Parque Grande of Saragossa in order them learn and appreciate nature. This activity contributes, at the same time, to an active and healthy ageing of the elderly.
