Local Volunteers Bank
In 2002 LACSEV was founded to support isolated users of the Sever do Vouga Health Center. In 2004 they created a technical aid bank and in 2005 a volunteer project.

Sever do Vouga is a Portuguese municipality located in the Aveiro district, which has many rural features. It has a population of 13,186 inhabitants and occupies a surface area of 129 km2.
The municipality has 6 small industrial zones, of special note being the metal-mechanical industry, followed by forestry.
