Ripoll

Catalan city located at the confluence of the river Ter and Fraser not very far from the Pyrenees and the French border. The economy of the city is based on stockbreeding, agriculture, industry, and more and more on Tourism. Its main architectonic heritage is the Romanesque Benedictine Monastery of Santa María de Ripoll.
