Mediterranean city situated 72km far from Barcelona and 30 from Tarragona. The city as an inland centre and some neighbourhoods placed at the coast. Since the fifties, the coastal zone has lived a remarkable development associated to tourism. Inland, agriculture and industry are the main economic activities.
