Initiatives promoting intercultural dialogue, social cohesion, and the right to the city are encouraged, recognizing diversity as both a source of enrichment and a collective challenge.<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1014\">Critical Citizenship<\/strong>: In the face of disinformation, polarization, and oversimplified narratives, this axis emphasizes the formation of individuals capable of autonomous and responsible thinking. Actions that promote active participation, critical thinking, and local democracy are sought.<\/li>\n<li><strong data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1310\">Creative Citizenship<\/strong>: This axis advocates for creativity as an essential tool for addressing current and future challenges.
