This network analyzed the relationship between training opportunities in each territory and the needs of the job market. The network&#8217;s work has resulted in the creation of the &#8220;Active City&#8221; web portal focusing on training, guidance, entrepreneurship, and placement. It is centered on the exchange of information and documentation between job seekers and professional talent hunters.<\/p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tVHFRtdPynI?si=RvDXuCTWvHGXLnMf\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The day concludes with the dialogue &#8220;Cities that Welcome: Solidarity and Diversity,&#8221; featuring Marta Pascual Rodr\u00edguez and Olga Hurtado, moderated by Isolina Ria\u00f1o Gal\u00e1n. Finally, participants have the opportunity to visit the following educating experiences:\u00a0Mar de Niebla Foundation: Socio-educational Intervention in the West Zone;\u00a0Youth Initiatives Center of La Calzada;\u00a0La Serena Infant Education School;\u00a0Second Chance School;\u00a0Rosario de Acu\u00f1a Secondary Education Institute;\u00a0Gij\u00f3n Science and Technology Park;\u00a0Celestino Solar Citadel;\u00a0Local Agency for Economic Promotion and Employment and Work Center for Art and Industrial Creation.<\/p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TLnPsbLayq8?si=joxL3tUC1Wg1GgrT\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Friday, October 6, there will be a presentation of conclusions from the Thematic Network &#8220;The Educating City against the Culture of Hate&#8221; (coordinated by Sevilla). The aim is to reinforce civic values, preventing social isolation, and simultaneously educating future generations in values and priorities to ensure social equity. As part of this effort, there has been a reflection on the role of Educating Cities in addressing the problem of the culture of hate. A debate has been initiated to guide municipal educational policies in combating it, and models of educational intervention have been proposed to facilitate the implementation of intervention programs by local governments.
