To do so,\u00a0they contribute small amounts of\u00a0money so that the project can get\u00a0started.\u00a0In the Crowdfunding Tampere model (inspired by the London\u00a0Crowdfund programme), the local\u00a0government participates as one of\u00a0the donors of the community-led\u00a0projects.
