The event will take place via Zoom. Each city may cast one vote. Delegates\u00a0designated by their respective cities to exercise the right to vote will receive a link to access the voting platform.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Assembly will open with the\u00a0<u><strong>Educating Cities 2020 Awards Ceremony<\/strong>, open to the general public and which will be live streamed at the IAEC website.<\/u>\u00a0It will feature a lecture by\u00a0<b>Michel Vall\u00e9e<\/b>, expert in culture with social impact and co-chair of the Permanent Committee on Cultural Citizenship,\u00a0<i>Culture Montr\u00e9al<\/i>\u00a0and member of the jury of the Award. This will be followed by the presentation of the 3 winning projects by representatives of the cities of\u00a0<b>Medellin, Santos, and Torres Vedras<\/b>.<\/p><div>\n<p>The part of the Assembly reserved for member cities will take place afterwards. This be broadcasted via Zoom only.
