We will celebrate this event with the theme: \u2018Improving the City by Listening\u2019 on <strong>30 November.\u00a0<\/strong>Based on this slogan, cities are encouraged to think about activities that highlight this commitment\u00a0to listening to the city, and to open up spaces for democratic and\u00a0participatory construction.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year we\u00a0 present the\u00a0<strong>\u201cOpposite Matching Game about the Educating City\u201d<\/strong>,\u00a0a card game is open to anyone aged from 6 to 99. It addresses certain values and actions linked to\u00a0the principles of the Charter of\u00a0Educating Cities.\u00a0You can download it <a href=\"https:\/\/edcities.whads.com\/international-day-2019\/juego-memory-de-opuestos-de-la-ciudad-educadora\/\">here!<\/a><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1368612914\" src=\"https:\/\/edcities.whads.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/BeFunky-collage-2-1024x149-3.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the <a href=\"https:\/\/edcities.whads.com\/international-day-2019\/\">event website<\/a> you will also find the IAEC Mayors&#8217; Declaration, to be publicly read on 30 November, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/edcities.whads.com\/international-day-2019\/where\/\">global agenda<\/a> of the cities that have shared their programmes.
