Furthermore, a visit programme to innovative experiences of the City of Turin has been prepared for March 13 in the morning. Here attached you will find the programme of activities.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your city would like to add other issues to the proposed agenda, please notify the Secretariat by e-mail (<a href=\"mailto:edcities@bcn.cat\">edcities@bcn.cat<\/a>) or fax (+34 93 3427729) before <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2<sup>th<\/sup> March <\/span>so that the final agenda can be prepared.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The registration and hand out of documents will start at 14:45 AM. All participants, which are not officially appointed as delegates before the Association, must be accredited by means of <b>Delegation A Form<\/b>. Cities unable to participate at the meeting may vote by proxy by delegating their vote to another member city by filling in the <b>Delegation B Form<\/b> and informing the said city. In both cases forms must be submitted to the Secretariat <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">by 8 March<\/span>.
