Moreover, there will be work sessions of the Latin American territorial and thematic networks.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"text\">The two thematic axis which orient the conferences and the exchange of best practices will be: <\/span><br>\n<span class=\"text\">\u2022 Inclusion as a right. The educating city as a promoter of welfare and life opportunities.<\/span><br>\n<span class=\"text\">\u2022 Citizen participation and commitment.
